Cook the best ribs with the Ribalizer
When I was very young, the ribs were far from being part of my favourite dishes. I found that they often lacked taste, tasting only the sauce. The taste of meat was not there since these ribs had been boiled. With time, the ribs quickly become my favorite dish. Even today, it’s the thing that excites me the most about cooking, because it’s easily good, but it’s very difficult to be cook to perfection.
